Aunty Christina's Sarawak

Sarawak Laksa is a unique Sarawakian breakfast dish that is different from curry laksa, as the soup contains no curry powder. The sauce has a base of sambal belacan, tamarond, garlic, galangal, lemongrass and coconut milk. Sarawak food is similar to that of Peninsular Malaysia's but has regioanl nuances. Aunty Christina's specialities include choped, pork-topped abacus seeds.
